This pillar is about your unique diet, based on the principles of Oriental Medicine i.e., temperature of food (Yin/Yang), the five tastes, food as medicine, and the anti-inflammatory diet.

Pillar #3  Chinese Herbal Medicine and Nutritional Supplements:
This pillar is about Chinese herbal medicine and nutritional protocols. You will be provided with the highest quality herbal and nutritional supplement available today.

2nd Visit
Pillar #4  Internal Exercises; Chi Kung:
This pillar is about Chi Kung and internal exercises. Every session
will end with chi kung instruction and chi meridian balancing.

Pillar #5  Reduce Stagnation
Internal (Detoxification), External (Feng Shui):
In this pillar we will begin a detoxification program to clear internal toxins and external stagnations.

3rd Visit
Pillar #6  Self Compassion – Self Gratitude:
This pillar is about stress reduction.  Specific exercises and nutrition will be introduced to help reduce stress and clear toxic emotions. The 12 nerve exercises and the six-healing sounds.

4th Visit
Pillar #7  Longevity – Foundational Health:
In this pillar we will create a long-term strategy to maintain your health and happiness. Follow-up visits every 3 to 6 months.
