Wednesday, Feb.17: Wellness Group. In this session, we will begin to implement the information presented on Monday.
Monday, Feb. 22: Reduce stress and regulate your mood and emotions.
Wednesday, Feb. 24: Wellness Group. We will begin to practice different exercises to reduce stress and reclaim our health!
Monday, March 1: Recipes for Health. In this session, we will discuss different healthy recipes to help you thrive!
Wednesday, March 3: Wellness session to discuss how to maintain your health and review previous material.
Each student will receive a free 1/2 hour session with Drew to check to see how you are doing!!!
The entire program will be $120
