Touch For Health (TFH) is a very effective system for stress and pain reduction. TFH uses muscle testing to determine imbalances in the body's acupuncture system. Muscle testing is both an art and a science.
Through manual muscle testing, kinesiologists can identify the exact nature of blockages in the energy flow. Muscle testing allows one to identify stressors to the body/mind through accessing the body’s wisdom with a kind of body biofeedback.
In this induction class I will present the basic concepts of TFH. You will learn the 12 main acupuncture merdians, their energy flows and the related muscles for testing. You will also learn how to strengthen each organ system with simple brushing movements. This is a self-healing system and a great way to begin to undersrtand energy inbalances within the body.
